Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the item is shipped out. We cannot cancel the order if the item has already been shipped out.

We also offer order changes before the item is shipped. We cannot make any changes to the order after the order has been shipped.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted that there is no returns policy in the preloved market is a result of the unique nature of preloved items and the conditions that come with them. At Poshpink, we only accept returns for specail cases.

We only accept returns if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here support@poshpinkstacy.com.

To be eligible for return, you need to provide proof of re-authentication (proof that the fingerprinted item you received has authentication issues). Your item also need to be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or used, and also with its original tag and packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
